This guesthouse has an exclusive location with its own bathing path (200 m) down to Finnsjön where also a rowing boat is included. SUP boards are available for hire. There are nice swimming, exercise trails, illuminated tracks, outdoor gym, bike and hiking trails, perfect for outdoor enthusiasts! Only 15 minutes by car into central Gothenburg. You live in a newly built house of 36 sqm with space for 2-3 people and your own furnished outdoor area. Coffee, tea and muesli/cereal is included. During the high season May-Sept only bookings are accepted for a minimum of 2 people.

Enjoy the tranquillity of beautiful natural surroundings, with a swimming area within walking distance and convenient public transport to Gothenburg (bus station 500 metres from the house with a direct bus to Gothenburg in 30 minutes). A perfect summer oasis for 1-4 people. Sheets and towels are provided free of charge in the house. Also coffee, tea, toilet paper, etc. Hjortviken country club 15 minutes by car. Mc Donalds, Ok/Q8 about 5 min by car. Landvetter airport 7 minutes by car. Travel cot (crib) for baby, high chair and changing bed can be borrowed for free.

Newly-built cottage with sauna, hot tub and private jetty

In the middle of nature but only 20 minutes from Gothenburg, you will find this idyll. Here you can stay comfortably in a newly built guest house with fireplace, wood-fired sauna and hot tub. Around the whole house is the large balcony. Below is a cozy path (50 m) to the private jetty for a morning swim. Take a ride with the rowing boat and try your luck fishing or borrow our two SUPs. In the immediate vicinity, there is wilderness with plenty of trails, including the Vildmarksleden, for hiking, running and mountain biking. Airport: 8 minutes Chalmers golf course: 5 min

Boathouse

Welcome to the boathouse right on the lake! The perfect place all year round to recharge the batteries or have as a starting point for excursions. On summer days, you start the day with a morning swim from the dock before sitting on the balcony for a good breakfast overlooking the lake. On autumn and winter days, you can light a fire in the fireplace and take a winter swim before setting the table for breakfast in the kitchen, still with the same nice view of the lake. If you want to go to Gothenburg, it's only a 7-minute walk to the bus.

A bright attic in a private house with a lovely view of Västra Nedsjön. The attic has a rural location with proximity to both Gothenburg and Borås. The area has many excursion opportunities such as Liseberg, Universeum, the Textile Museum and nice tours in the Gothenburg archipelago. In the nearby area, there are swimming lakes, nice walking and running trails, possibility for fishing, berry and mushroom picking. Private toilet and shower in the apartment. The accommodation is suitable for two adults or two adults and two children.

YOU WILL FIND THE BEDS MADE AND TOWELS PROVIDED. So you don't need to bring bed linen. There are toilet paper, coffee filters, hand dish soap and dishwasher detergent. Firewood is provided for the first day, and as an extra luxury there is a canoe and a rowing boat ALL THIS IS INCLUDED IN THE RENT. Fishing is allowed with a fishing license that you buy on Ifiske search on fishing-ningsjoarna-oxsjon. But fishing for children up to 14 years is FREE. CLEANING is done by the guest, but you can buy cleaning for SEK 3000

Vika Trollen - Idyllic red cottage by the beach

Cozy cottage located right on the waterfront with a large south-facing terrace. During the summer months, there is a rowboat and a canoe at the private dock as well as a charcoal grill and outdoor furniture. There is fast WiFi in the cottage that reaches all the way down to the dock. The cottage has two cozy bedrooms and a loft where you can socialize in the evenings. The small kitchen is fully equipped with most things you may need during your vacation, such as a microwave, dishwasher and large fridge and freezer.

Stay on our farm with animals, nature and farm life. Close to Landvetter Airport, Gothenburg & Borås Planes don't fly over our farm, but you can sometimes hear them when they take off. Walking distance to a lake with a jetty and a bus stop with a direct line to Gothenburg. We recommend renting a car for the best experience. We have a double bed and a sofa bed.
