Peaceful Lake Hartwell lot minutes from downtown Hartwell with private, covered dock for your own boat and/or jet ski and only two minutes from boat ramp and 10 minutes from Hartwell Marina. Sleeps 10 total - 2 Queen BRs on main and in basement w/King BR and 4 single bunk beds on 3rd floor. Lots of room for entertaining with well-equipped kitchen, large fire pit area, walk-out patio, screened-in porch, and basement with ping pong table.

Boat in the middle slip is not for use but bring your boat & dock it on side of dock or use boat launch at the end of the street, which also has a public park w/ beaches & playground

3 little Care Bear bungalow

Come and experience a little getaway on Lake Hartwell. This is a cute little house, perfect for families or just getting away from the hustle and bustle of Atlanta or Charlotte. There is fishing and you can go swimming in the cove. there's is plenty of parking available on my driveway for your boat SUV or other vehicles. Walmart and Ingles is about 8.2 miles from the house. drive into the city of Hartwell and experience some of the local dining. I left some brochures of my favorite restaurants.

Lake House Retreat Near downtown Hartwell

Bring the whole family to this great place situated right on a large yet quiet cove of lake Hartwell with lots of room for fun without breaking the bank! Plenty of beds, a huge yard, outdoor seating for everyone either in the deck, at the fire pit or on the second floor of the dock. Your back porch will be just a 100 ft flat walk to swimming, boating (bring your own boat), fishing and all the fun the lake has to offer. This place will be the perfect backdrop to the memories that will be made!
