Such a peaceful and charming retreat! The home was warm, well-kept, and perfect for soaking in the mountain atmosphere. The host was kind and responsive, making everything smooth from start to finish.

A very lovely spot, in the back of Steve and Lauren’s property but still nice and private. Close to some beautiful hikes and a drive away from many other things to do. The place itself was cozy and beautifully built The facilities in the home were also great for a relaxing time with nice sunlight, we enjoyed using the speaker and board games for some offline time and cooking was easy. We would have had a lovely stay even if the weather wasn’t so nice, especially with the fireplace. Steve and Lauren were also very thoughtful not only with the check in process but also leaving some incredibly delicious homemade cookies for us to enjoy but through the handbook left on the kitchen table with helpful information about the stay and things to do. If we do another trip up to the blue mountains we would definitely stay here again! Also we loved the bird theme. Beautiful Aussie bird artworks around the place.

We had a wonderful stay at Paul’s place! It felt very private, with a beautiful garden that’s especially stunning in autumn—so many vibrant colours. The fireplace in the living room made everything feel extra cozy, and it was great having both bedrooms with their own bathrooms and showers. Clean bedsheets and towels, and thoughtful touches made it all very comfortable. We loved feeding the sheep and alpacas and playing fetch with the friendly dogs—such a special experience! For coffee and amazing food, definitely check out the Postmistress Café, and for a relaxed lunch with a view, Alchemy Woodfire Pizza is a must—both are very close by. Just a tip: Google Maps might send you to the wrong side of the property. Make sure to drive straight up the road until you reach the bus stop, then turn right—Paul explained it clearly, and it was easy once we followed his directions. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a peaceful, memorable stay!
