1,100 square feet, completely renovated, 1 bedroom with a walk-in closet. Large bathroom with two sinks and walk-in shower. Open concept living, dining and kitchen area with vaulted ceiling. Hardwood floors throughout. Central air. Apartment is connected to a main house but with no interior access between house and apartment whatsoever. (No interior connecting doors at all) It has its own private driveway and side yard. Reef tank will no longer be in the apartment after May 20th.

This cute apartment has a microwave, toaster and small fridge in the kitchen area with a table for two. Beautiful brand new bathroom in classic black and white. Air conditioning and tv in the bedroom. This apartment is on the 2nd floor. Wifi-the internet connection works pretty well most of the time. However spectrum, the only internet provider for this area has periodic issues. No smoking in the building or anywhere on the building grounds.

About this place: This is the ideal location to explore the joys of New England particularly during our nation’s 250th anniversary. Although in a rural area the apartment is conveniently positioned at the junction of interstate 495 (North and South) and route 2 (East and West). Historic Concord is 5 minutes away, Lexington 10 minutes and just 25 minutes to Boston (depending on traffic).
