Although rural, it is close to the A120 with good road links to Clacton on Sea, Harwich, Colchester and Manningtree. Accommodation comprises of kitchenette, separate sitting/bedroom and shower room. Good Wi-Fi. EV charger by separate negotiation. There is no outside seating area. There is a locked interconnecting door to our property.
