Woodpeckers is a private annexe attached to our house with its own entrance and private patio area with charcoal bbq. We have a fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, electric oven, fridge with small freezer, kettle, microwave. Tea and coffee are provided. Smart 40 inch TV in lounge with comfortable sofa/sofa bed if required. Bedroom has a kingsize ziplink bed which can be made into 2 singles if required. Dressing gowns, complimentary soaps and shampoo provided. Pool available May to Mid Sept.

The holiday home is sited on Coopers Beach holiday park (Parkdean Resorts). This is an 8 berth holiday home consisting one double bedroom two double single rooms and a pull out double in the lounge. Beds in the bedrooms are made up on arrival. (Towels not supplied) Entertainment passes can be obtained from the reception desk. Lovely place to make lasting memories. Close to the beach with the arcade, swimming pool, entertainment complex and children’s play area only a short walk away.

Sandy Lodge is on the Southern part of the park which benefits from being close to the club house, restaurant and shop, but most importantly a short five-minute walk to the lovely sandy beaches of Walton-on-the-Naze.

Lola’s Caravan. Your home away from home.

This is a family owned Caravan. We stayed here last 2020 and we fell in love with the area. Since then, we came here at least twice a year to spend school holidays and last minute short breaks. In Sept 2022, we acquired this Caravan and we would like to share with you our favourite place. It's a home away from home. It offers almost everything that you have at your own home. There's lots of activities to do within the park or around the area.

Excellent base to explore Suffolks beautiful towns, villages and coastal areas .
