A large window in the bedroom provides beautiful views of the local landscape. Private parking is provided on site with the town of Ormskirk being a 10 minute drive away. Town Green train station is a 5 minute drive away, providing trains to Ormskirk and Liverpool, and excellent local pubs are within walking distance.

A beautiful large lounge with 65" smart tv, refrigerator, microwave oven and lovely garden views. The bright and spacious bedroom is compete with a superking bed and 50" TV. There is an en suite toilet & shower, complete with a spacious walk in wardrobe. Our property is located in a quiet countryside position but close to the M58. Liverpool Manchester Preston Southport all within easy reach. We are within walking distance to Ormskirk hospital & Edge Hill University. Also easy countryside walks.

My refurbished family home now has a one bedroom apartment annex. We're on the main road into Formby but standing back from the road and close to many local amenities. This one bedroom apartment has a large double bedroom with kitchen/diner/lounge looking through bi-fold windows onto its own patio and our large family garden. It is annexed to our house having its own separate side entrance. Ideal for those visiting family in Formby or for golf on the several nearby links.

Aintree racecourse, Haydock racecourse, Liverpool city centre attractions are 45 minutes or less by car and an hour by bus / train. There are train stations at Formby, Southport and Maghull.
