Cozy and newly renovated apartment in a larger house. Central location in Køge city center. Walking distance to shopping and trains. Close to beach and forest. The apartment is rented as an independent part of the house. In the other part of the house, we live as a family consisting of a mother, father and two boys aged 6 and 7, as well as two curious dogs and a cat. The beautiful Faxe Bay and Noret just outside the house set the scene for a wonderful place. The house was voted the winner of the program Denmark's most beautiful cottage on DR1 (2014). The well-appointed 50 m2, with up to 4 m to the ceiling, is perfect for a couple - but is also ideal for a family with 2-3 children. All year round, you can swim in the "Svenskerhullet" and Roneklint and the small fine island Maderne, which is owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. The annex contains 2 spacious bedrooms, as well as a living room, bathroom and kitchen. It is 400 meters to Køge Golf Club, 2.5 km to the station and about half an hour's transport to Copenhagen by car or by train. Baby cot(s) can be provided for an additional fee of DKK 125.
