The cottage is located in its own peace on the shore of the river Iijoki. The cabin can accommodate 1-3 people. Rowing boat, swimming and fishing opportunities. Yliranta horse farm 6 km, center of Ii 11 km. The cottage has a fireplace and a separate wood-heated sauna. The cottage has a well-equipped kitchen and bedding. Firewood included in the price. Linen at an additional cost of 10€/person. Pets by agreement 10€/stay. Hot tub or outdoor whirlpool for an additional €100. The tenant must do the final cleaning. We charge €80 for not cleaning.

Villa Wanha Hamina

In the historic Old Hamina, Iin, the apartment in the courtyard of a detached house is an atmospheric stopover about 500m from the highway. Iijoki is a stone's throw away, you can even see a glimpse of it from the window. The main building is home to a family of three. The municipality of Ii is known for its culture and art, and the host Minna can tell you about the history, sights and culture of Ii. Ii's services are close and Oulu is a 30-minute drive. The apartment has been completely renovated in the spring of 2024.

Virpiniemen Maston Villa, Oulu

Relax with the whole family or a group of friends in this peaceful place to stay. Maston Villa is located in the immediate vicinity of the recreational and sports facilities of the seaside Virpiniemi. The distance to the seashore is 200 meters, to Virpiniemi Golf (also a restaurant) 500 meters, to the football field 600 meters and to the paddle and frisbee golf course 800 meters. Mountain biking, road biking, jogging and skiing trails start right next to the house. The apartment has 4 bedrooms and 8 beds. Welcome!

The apartment has 2 bedrooms, a kitchen-living room, a bathroom, and a hallway. Space for 4-5 people, beach sauna can be booked separately for €30/h, (sauna is preheated and shifts are between 6 pm and 10 pm)

On the side of the cabin, there is a double bed, a sofa for two, a small table and a fridge, as well as a coffee maker. In addition, a bathroom/toilet, sauna and terrace. Gas grill on the terrace.
