The cottage is located in its own peace on the shore of the river Iijoki. The cabin can accommodate 1-3 people. Rowing boat, swimming and fishing opportunities. Yliranta horse farm 6 km, center of Ii 11 km. The cottage has a fireplace and a separate wood-heated sauna. The cottage has a well-equipped kitchen and bedding. Firewood included in the price. Linen at an additional cost of 10€/person. Pets by agreement 10€/stay. Hot tub or outdoor whirlpool for an additional €100. The tenant must do the final cleaning. We charge €80 for not cleaning.

Welcome to stay in this new, peaceful sauna cabin. Here you can relax in the soft steam of the wooden sauna and stay in a cozy cabin. The sauna cabin is 26m2 in total. On the side of the cabin, there is a double bed, a sofa for two, a small table and a fridge, as well as a coffee maker. In addition, a bathroom/toilet, sauna and terrace. Gas grill on the terrace. The price includes bedding and towels, as well as final cleaning. Free parking in the yard. Electric car charging available. (11kw) Charge 0.25€/kWh.

In Kempele, a cozy,well-equipped one-bedroom apartment with its own entrance. Free parking!More cars can fit in the yard. Peaceful location amidst a field landscape. Close to the centre of Kempele. Approximately 10 km to Oulu. You can arrive at the property after 3 pm at your preferred time and check out by 12 pm. Families with children are catered for: travel cot, high chair, potty, dishes, games, etc. In the kitchen you can prepare your own meals. Sheets and towels are included in the same price.

Please note that from July 2026, check-in will be from 6:00 p.m. and check-out will be at 3:00 p.m. There is plenty of parking space at the property.

The apartment is in mint condition, has sleeping accommodations for two and an air mattress for a third if necessary. On the second floor there is a bedroom with a double bed.
