Beautiful newly renovated cottage and large slope plot on the shores of the pristine Lake Storträsk. The yard is a quiet and scenic place to spend a holiday, where the neighbors are not within sight. From the terrace you can admire the lake landscape or forest life. The sauna is right next to the beach, you can go rowing or fishing by boat or paddle board. Even in winter, you can always go swimming. In the yard, you will find, for example, a gas grill and a charcoal grill, as well as a campfire place. Bed linen and towels are included in the price.

Linnunrata Glamping

Stay in a scenic valley surrounded by oat fields and horse pastures. Still, it's only about 20 minutes to the airport! Here, you can admire the deer at dusk and wake up in the morning to the sound of birdsong or the clucking of chickens. Three sheep will also move in next to the tent for the summer, and we also have chickens that will keep you company during your visit. Spacious 100 m2 bright apartment with private parking. All services within walking distance; shop, post office, pharmacy and train station (50m). It's easy to get to Helsinki and Tampere. You can hang out in the yard and, you know, barbecue. For nature lovers, there are good jogging opportunities and in summer you can also go swimming. There's also a popular disc golf course. The restaurant downstairs has karaoke on Fridays and Saturdays, which is very noisy. The property has a cosy 10 people yard sauna on the fireplace area for rent.

The log house has fresh air, you get a good night's sleep. A respite from the hustle and bustle. The location is central: 1 hour drive to Helsinki, 30 min to Hyvinkää, Hämeenlinna 40 min. The house was built in 1914. The spirit of the villa is a bit like a detached house and a cottage in the countryside. The personal log house is like the story of Pippi Longstocking, not everything is completely finished - but the atmosphere is atmospheric. Just a 35-minute drive from Helsinki and airport, in the forrest of our House Kekkapaa ; a perfect romantic weekend getaway if you want to enjoy a private wood-fired sauna( only in your use ) , the peaceful Espoo countryside, and the surrounding nature. We are within walking distance of Lake Myllyjärvi and Backby Manor with its spa and restaurant services. On our farm, you’ll also find dogs, horses, a cat, and chickens. The cabin was originally designed by an architect family for themselves.

In this apartment the original wooden squeaky floors welcome you to relax and enjoy your stay! I always wash the mattress cover and bed chlothes to every quest with undcented Finnish vegan products - my motto is "Clean bed gives you good sleep"!
