vERY clean studio, VERY pretty, with everything that needed for everyday life ...even an alarm clock! A studio where we'll be happy to go back.

This is our third long stay at Karine's and like every year we are never disappointed. I recommend this place. (Tram, market on Place Bellevue, shops (cheese, pharmacy, grocery, butcher, bakery), entrance and exit of the city nearby, and a closed garage for your vehicle. The apartment is on a fourth floor in an old building without an elevator. the apartment is very spacious, cool and very cozy. it has everything you need to have a good stay. It's close to bars, restaurants, and supermarket. i recommend it.

Subjectively, my stay was necessarily ideal because it is my grandparents' old house, perfectly modernized by Henri. Objectively, everyone will be able to appreciate the quality of the amenities, the absolute calm of the place, the charm of the surrounding nature and, above all, the warm welcome of the owner. Beautiful newly renovated apartment in the very center of the pretty city of Brioude. We spent one night there on the way back from vacation, quiet and relaxing! Perfect welcome from David with easy parking advice nearby. Recommended without hesitation!
