Cozy atmosphere gîte with terrace. The accommodation has: a bedroom with a 140 x 190 cm bed, a sofa bed and a mezzanine with 2 90 x 190 cm mattresses in the living room; a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower/toilet, we do not provide towels. We are located on the banks of the Allier, the river is within walking distance (2 minutes) with free parking in front of the house, regarding the geographical location which is ideal you are 50 min from Clermont Ferrand and 45 min from Puy

In a green setting, in absolute tranquillity and by the river, a renovated old farmhouse with 4 bedrooms, each with a bathroom/shower and toilet. Numerous activities within 15 km (Lake La Valette, Himalayan footbridge, Via Fluvia, markets, etc.). Mushroom walks and hikes all around the house for all levels. Fishing possible from our 1-hectare property. Chickens and eggs, donkeys. The property is adjoined to ours, but the stone walls provide very good insulation.

You have a private terrace ideal for contemplating nature. Check-in is from 4 pm and check-out is before 11 am. 🕚

At the entrance to the Haut Allier Valley. 45 minutes from Clermont-Ferrand and Puy-en-Velay. Great area for hiking, fishing, swimming + whitewater sports. Numerous tours within a radius of 30 km max. Preserved setting. Old holiday village on a hillside by the Allier (beach below). Warning: NOT SUITABLE FOR PEOPLE WITH REDUCED MOBILITY (steps to access the accommodation itself on several levels). €5 per extra guest. Baby crib on request.

Our house is ideal for family vacations but also for fishing enthusiasts, hiking, white water sports... In September you can also listen to the deer rut, go mushroom picking and participate in the King of the Bird Festival in Puy en Velay. It is located 300 m from a lake monitored in summer and a nautical base. It has a terrace and a private plot with a view of the Allier. Multi-story house with 3 bedrooms including 2 in the attic

CHARMING COTTAGE - BAFOULET

House with lots of charm while retaining a character that leaves no one indifferent. My home is located in the LIVRADOIS FOREZ REGIONAL PARK - The forest is very present on the various hiking trails. The "Le Doulon" river runs through the property. This "little paradise" is the term most frequently used by our guests and it is true that it corresponds well to this place that is dear to us.

Ardéchois Gite

Cottage located in the heart of the village, 3 bedrooms upstairs and covered terrace. Supervised lake 10 min walk, shops 15 min drive. And nice walks to take. Sheets and towels not included. Pets accepted, Possibility to store motorcycle or mountain bike. Activities: water park, dolce via, jewelry valley, several lakes nearby, Mt. Gerbier des Jonc, Ardelaine, sledding in Les Estables.

COUNTRYSIDE CABIN SURROUNDED BY NATURE

The accommodation is located in the middle of nature. It is suitable for lovers of wide open spaces and calm. Please note, in winter, access to the cottage may become impossible with snow. You will need to park your car in the nearby village and walk or snowshoe the last km.
