Farmhouse, Haute-Loire near Ardèche

Cristina welcomes you to her farm located in a very nice hamlet of Haute-Loire. The cottage is isolated, at the end of the hamlet, separated from the rest of the farm, so you will be quiet and in complete health safety You will take beautiful walks all around, wild animals and mushrooms in season are in abundance. 5 minutes walk to go down to the Loire and enjoy pleasant swims. Lake Issarlès and the Coucouron market are nearby. Come and recharge your batteries in peace!!!

Tence Comfort Gite with Sauna

My accommodation is close to the city center, you will appreciate it for comfort (bed with memory mattress in the master bedroom), the location and the view. My place is good for families (with kids), it's bordered by a relaxing river and a large partly shaded terrace. Recently, the cottage is equipped with a private 4-5 person sauna at the cottage, as is the balneo bathtub. We live next to the cottage and are available without being invasive.

Our house is ideal for a family holiday but also for lovers of fishing, hiking, whitewater sports.. In September you can also listen to the deer slab, go mushroom picking and participate in the Bird King's Festivals in Puy en Velay. It is located 300m from a body of water monitored in the summer and a nautical base. It has a terrace and private land with views of the Allier River. At the entrance to the Haut Allier Valley. 45 minutes from Clermont-Ferrand and Puy-en-Velay. Great area for hiking, fishing, swimming + whitewater sports. Numerous tours within a radius of 30 km max. Preserved setting. Old holiday village on a hillside by the Allier (beach below). Warning: NOT SUITABLE FOR PEOPLE WITH REDUCED MOBILITY (steps to access the accommodation itself on several levels). €5 per extra guest. Baby crib on request.

This peaceful home offers a relaxing stay for the whole family with its 3 bedrooms . It has an enclosed terrace with a blind . Dishwasher , washing machine. Bed linens and towels are provided . Attention there are stairs in the house and to access it. Not suitable for people with disabilities . Very quiet and pedestrian residence with the beach around the corner . Hiking and mountain biking at the foot of the residence .

In a green setting, in absolute calm and by the river, old renovated farmhouse with 4 bedrooms each with bathroom/ shower and toilet, laudable to the room or entire cottage. Numerous activities within 15 km (Lake Valletta, Himalayan footbridge, via fluvia, markets...). Mushroom hikes all around the house for any level. Possibility of trout fishing on our 1 hectare lot, chickens and eggs , donkeys, pony.
