Welcome to my cottage "La Petite Maison". Located in Durbiat in the municipality of Champagnac le Vieux at an altitude of about 900 m, this stone house dating from 1878, renovated with care and love, simple but comfortable and warm, will welcome you with pleasure. Come and enjoy the calm and nature in a small typical hamlet, all with magnificent views of the Cantal and Sancy mountains. Numerous hiking and mountain biking trails from the cottage. Accommodation for 5 people, including a baby. 46 m² wooden chalet with private pool and hot tub, ideal for a family, a group of friends or a couple. Sauna available upon reservation. 2 bedrooms: 1 for a couple and the 2nd, thanks to its bunk bed, for 3 children or a 2nd couple. Its equipped kitchen, open to the living room, will allow you to share convivial moments. Netflix and Canal+, for your movie nights. Heated swimming pool from June to September and open all year round.
