The cottage is located in a small Burgundian village in the middle of a wooded park next to a small forest with 360° views of nature. Numerous hikes possible by taking the greenway of the canal between Champagne and Burgundy or the paths (along the Vingeanne River) that cross the village. 2 adult bikes are available. For swimming, the Trou d'Argot in Montigny-sur-Vingeanne, the Vingeanne River and the large Lake Villegusien and its nautical base are 20 km from the cottage.

Emplacement pour garer votre voiture, bateau, camping car...(draps et linge de toilette non fournis 1lit de 160 et 1 de 140, vous prenez le logement propre, vous le rendez propre, condiments sel, poivre huile, éponge torchons... non fournis). Le site est privé, ce n'est pas un camping. Bienvenu au village Dervois Recharge voitures électrique ou hybride non autorisé. Le compteur n'est pas adapté.
