It was with great pleasure that we renovated this house while keeping its soul. Everything is designed to make sure that you do not miss anything. Charming little house located in the heart of the village of Cousances-les-Forges, easily accessible by the N4. The house has a bedroom (160 x 200 bed) and a sofa bed in the living room. Private outdoor area with terrace. Close to all amenities (bread/proximity store/pharmacy within 100 m). Self check-in and late check-in possible. Bed and shower linens included. Only 🐶 1 pet accepted, if small size and prior request (not in the bedroom).

In the heart of the Champagne and Burgundy National Park, the art and guest house is an exceptional gîte for 6 people. These 5 half-levels where Burgundy stone and oak reign supreme, are particularly aimed at art lovers who will appreciate being surrounded by many unique and... available works. The property's indoor pool is shared with the owner couple, and available to guests from May to September.

Quiet house in 1 small village 15 minutes from Langres, its ramparts, its 4 lakes, and its national forest park. Swimming, water activities, walking or biking, walks, fishing, nearby tours. 45 minutes from Dijon. Also ideal for a quiet break, with children, on the way to the holidays.

We are winemakers in the Côtes de Toul AOC, so you can taste our wines on-site or take them home as a souvenir.

On the ground floor there is an equipped kitchen open to the living room as well as a wooden terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue.
