Le logement L'appartement est sur 2 étages avec 2 chambres en enfilade. Idéal pour un couple avec des enfants. L'accès se fait par un escalier extérieur menant à une terrasse surplombant le jardin privatif avec vue sur l'Église St Denis. L'appartement possède au 1er étage un séjour spacieux avec un coin repas attenant à la cuisine américaine, un salon équipé d'un poêle à bois, une salle de douche & des toilettes séparées. Un escalier intérieur dessert 2 chambres en enfilade à l'étage.

It's a very quiet place, close to nature, in the middle of the "Monts des Flandres". Rest, hiking or sightseeing : everyone will find it's own. Near Belgium : Ypres (WW1 commemorations) at 30 min. La maison est au cœur de la nature : au milieu d'une prairie, tout près des grands arbres et d'un point d'eau. Un endroit paisible, reposant. Cottage on the edge of a 1.8 ha pond, in an 18 ha property with 2-seater hot tub on the outdoor terrace. Direct access to the Paris-London greenway (Chaussy – Gisors section) and the Epte (1st category river) for your walks, bike and kayak rides. Property without neighbors, without any noise. In the Val d'Oise, 10 minutes from Magny-en-Vexin (A15 highway), 10 minutes from the Villarceaux Golf Course and 20 minutes from the Impressionism Museum (Claude Monet Foundation – Giverny).

The passage of the sorcerers near Disney

The cottage, located 35 minutes from Disney by car, is reminiscent of the world of a famous young wizard and that of a medieval castle. Moreover, elements of the decoration come from castles and ancient monasteries! The entrance houses a secret passage that allows access to the upper floors... Brooms can park in front of the cottage. An "almost bus" can pick up to 4 people at the SNCF train station, depending on the schedule. (Navigo pass ok) Shops are 800 m away.

It is equipped with an adjoining cottage, with the necessary amenities (shower and dry toilet). Under the stars, you will enjoy this beautiful view while being comfortably installed in your bed or basking in the Swedish bath! The watchwords are serenity, tranquility and total privacy!
