Vila Dvorečná se nachází na okraji osady Dvorečná, cca pět minut autem od sjezdovky v Lipně nad Vltavou. Objekt je třípodlažní se dvěmi terasami, grilem, ohništěm, krytým venkovním bazénem s protiproudem a vnitřním wellness se saunou a vířivkou. Objekt pronajímáme celý. Pokud cestujete s malými dětmi, je možné zapůjčit dětskou postýlku, jídelní židličku či vaničku.

The parking space is right next to the main entrance. The living room and bedroom have floor-to-ceiling windows and balconies facing south. The balconies (20 sqm) invite you to sunbathe, eat and enjoy the fantastic view over the Rotttal, with a view of the mountains when the weather is nice.

The equipment also includes Wi-Fi and a TV. Your private outdoor area has a balcony with table and chairs where you can relax, read a book, dine al fresco and admire the stunning views.

Willkommen in unserer geschmackvoll eingerichteten Ferienwohnung im Loft-Stil. Auf ca. 50 qm bietet sie Platz für 2 Personen und ist mit hochwertigen, natürlichen Materialien ausgestattet. Ein geölter Vollholzboden, edler Tonputz und ein gemütlicher Holzofen schaffen eine warme Atmosphäre. Die Miniküche (Wasseranschluss im Bad) ist ideal für kleine Köstlichkeiten. In dieser ruhigen Lage ist auch möglich den Naturteich und den Garten zu nutzen. Wir sehen uns!!

Sanft am Hang gelegen, eröffnet sich euch ein atemberaubender Blick über üppige Weiden und dichte Wälder. An klaren Tagen könnt ihr sogar die majestätischen Berge bewundern. Auf der Terrasse kannst du in unserem holzbefeuerten Hot Pot die Seele baumeln lassen.

Nabízíme moderní ubytování v nově postaveném půldomku Hnízdo Na Hůrce na Lipně, ideální pro rodiny, přátele, cyklisty i lyžaře. Domek se nachází na okraji vesnice Hůrka, u cyklostezky a 150 metrů od nádrže Lipno, ideální pro aktivní dovolenou i odpočinek. Ubytování má 82 m² ve dvou podlažích, 3 ložnice, terasu a zahrádku. Bazén v areálu je sdílený a je otevřen v červenci a srpnu. Druhá polovina dvojdomku je také v našem vlastnictví a nepronajímá se.

Die Unterkunft liegt idyllisch ruhig in einem Tal mit viel Wald in Saldenburg im Bayerischen Wald, nur 25 km entfernt von Passau. Die Ferienwohnung ist 40qm groß und bietet Platz für bis zu 4 Personen. Sie umfasst ein Schlafzimmer mit 3 Betten, eine Schlafcouch, ein Bad, eine eigene Terasse und eine kleine Küche. Für unsere Kleinen bieten wir einen Streichelzoo, Ponyreiten und einen Spielplatz. Gäste mit Hunden sind willkommen.
