The apartment is close to the harbor, 700 meters from the station and with the amusement park in the backyard. A lovely garden that you are welcome to use. There is underfloor heating in the living room in addition to the bio fireplace, so the whole apartment is cozy and warm in the winter. Good discount for long-term stays.

Cozy and newly renovated apartment in a larger house. Central location in the center of Køge. Walk distance to shopping and trains. Close to beach and forest. The apartment is rented as an independent part of the house. In the other part of the house we live a family consisting of mother, father and two boys of 6 and 7 years as well as two curious dogs and a cat. Stor landsby-idyl lige overfor kirken og gadekær - kun 28 min. i bil fra City - Kbh. Bedst til enlig eller kærestepar- evt i bil. Lille godt værelse, 18 m2 med Dux-dobbeltseng + lille stue 18 m2 med futonsofa/seng. Adgang til : Lille Køkken, med det hele Lille toilet + bad (deles med ung forsker - langtidslejer af det tredje værelse) Adgang til fryser, vaskemaskine og tumbler. Parkering gratis, no problem Bus, Roskilde - Ballerup lige ved døren. 10 km til Veksø subway - nem parkering.

Annex close to forest, beach, Kbh

The annex contains: 1 small bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. 1 living room with 1 large sofa, where 1-2 people can sleep. 1 small kitchenette with refrigerator, 2 hotplates and microwave. 1 very small toilet with shower. The annex needs to be repaired, so it doesn't look great, but it works, and we think it's nice to be out there. Our garden is "wild on purpose", but we haven't quite "tamed" it yet. (so it seems a little messy) We live in the house next door.
