Charming wooden house, which is located as an annex in the backyard of a closed farm. The house has its own driveway behind the old barn, and its own small wooden deck. The house contains an entrance hall, large room with kitchen, dining table and living room with 140 cm sofa bed, bathroom, built-in wardrobe and small bedroom with 120 cm bed. The house sleeps 4 people (2 people on the sofa bed in the living room, and 2 people on 1 ½ man bed in the bedroom), but works best for 2-3 people. Unfortunately not a handicap accessible house.

The property is about 1 km away, within walking distance, from the station, from which it takes about 30 minutes by train directly to the centre of Copenhagen. The property is close to many shops and about 1.5 km from the beach. There are 2 single beds in the room on the first floor with 2 mattresses on the floor. This is the only room that can be used as a bedroom when renting.

It takes approx. 15 min. to Copenhagen C. There is private parking for 3 cars. There is plenty of space - both inside and out - and a lovely large terrace, with plenty of garden furniture and a weber gas grill. Are you fond sailing, there is a combined canoe / kayak that seats 2 people (see picture).
