Surrounded by forest, lake and field landscape, this Dreiseitenhof near the Martian Ice Age road has recently been extensively renovated. The farmhouse has a secluded location and is accessible via avenue. On the grounds, the Feldstein walls of an old stable have been preserved as a picturesque ruin. 2 swimming lakes are within walking distance. Welcome to this unique carriage house (90sqm). Built in 1922, it has been carefully restored and converted with high-quality materials. This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

Perle am Stich (5 minutes to the lake)

A weekend of relaxation or work in the countryside - you will find both here. Bungalow with covered terrace, meadow and private access in a quiet settlement directly on the edge of the forest, 5 minutes' walk to the swimming lake (Stiche)/forest pool, directly behind our house. Supermarket is 5 minutes by car / 10 minutes by bike. Wine bar, beer gardens, restaurants, canoe rental, etc. are available in the area. The train station is a 5-minute walk (RE 12: Berlin Ostkreuz - Zehdenick Neuhof).

This thought gave rise to the idea of realizing this boat project. Our lovingly modernized ferry, built in 1925, is located close to the city right in front of Rummelsburg Bay. Here you can get to know a special combination of nature and urbanity from the water all year round and treat yourself to a break from everyday life.

Tiny House / 3 min zum See

Der Bauwagen liegt gegenüber einer 100 Jahre alten Scheune die ich zu einem Atelier umgebaut habe. Der Bauwagen ist 17 m² groß mit Wohnküche, Doppelbett in einem Raum. Die Küche ist mit einem Induktionsherd, Wasserkocher, einem kleinen Kühlschrank und einer Spüle (Wassercontainer) ausgestattet. Sie finden alles an Koch- und Essgeschirr, sowie Gewürze was Sie benötigen. Der Holzofen schafft im Bedarfsfall schnell behagliche Wärme. Die Gäste - Dusche & Toilette befinden sich in der Scheune.

If you like it quiet and close to nature and yet want to have the cities of Berlin & Potsdam around the corner, this is the place for you. There is a private entrance, terrace and Garden. Living room with kitchen and a double bed. Upstairs the bedroom with a single bed as well as a king bed. We live next door, so there's no issue with keys, and the time of arrival doesn't matter either. We are close to the train station. Griebnitzsee and Wannsee. Parking free, also truck. Pets welcome.

120 sqm2 penthouse/attic apartment + sauna + fireplace

This wonderful new 120 m² attic/penthouse flat with a sauna is located in the Viktoriakiez neighbourhood (quiet area) – a 5-minute walk to Nöldnerplatz S-Bahn station and a 10-minute walk to Rummelsburger Bucht on the waterfront. The flat is 1 S-Bahn stop away from the trendy Ostkreuz station and 2 stops away from Warschauer Strasse. PS: I own an original 5-metre Riva boat from Italy. This means that a private boat tour of Berlin can also be booked with me at any time.

We love contrasts - In Schloss Lanke, we rent a spacious 100 sqm loft in the attic. A castle loft. French Neo-Renaissance on the outside, subtle minimalism on the inside. Urban living comfort meets the lush nature of the Barnim Nature Park. Both together create the perfect setting for rest, relaxation and deceleration. In addition to vacation rentals, Schloss Lanke also houses the owners' apartments as well as office space on the first floor. We respect our privacy.

Our lovingly converted construction trailer is located directly on the Havel near Rathenow. As a family, we are expanding a historic three-sided farm into a regional farm, soon with vacation rentals, farm shop, farm café, event location and co-working space. On the site of a former brick factory, the “Albertinenhof” is to be a place for recreation, nature experience and education. Get to know the project during your stay or simply enjoy the nature and star park.
