Loft holiday rentals in Havel

The home is located in an alternative neighborhood 30 minutes away from the city center, but very well connected as the public transport stops are 7 minutes walk away. We travel 3 adults and the floor size was perfect. And Stefan is an authentic super host, he is very friendly and was always available and gave you any questions. I will definitely repeat!

Super nice, cozy and bright small apartment in the attic, which is equipped with everything you need for daily use. It is super connected, on foot you are at the next S-Bahn/U-Bahn stop in a few minutes. Check-in was super straightforward and easy, everything worked out wonderfully and we had a very nice stay!

Great place and felt like a home away from home!

We stayed 9 nights at Kay's place. We used the place as a base for hikes and bike tours to the countless lakes and endless forests and were able to relax very well here

Great location right in nature and individual swimming spot 5 minutes away. Many opportunities for nature lovers and self-catering (well-equipped kitchen). A lot of fruit collected on walks and baked delicious cakes.

We felt very comfortable with Evi and her family. After the first contact, it was very friendly and accommodating. The quiet surroundings and direct forest edge location were just perfect for us with our dog. The connection with the S 1 direction Berlin City is also completely without composition and thus nothing stands in the way of a quick arrival to a sightseeing trip of the Berlin City. We highly recommend the apartment.

Amazing stay in this stunning Airbnb! The apartment is one-of-a-kind, filled with natural light and beautiful design. The apartment is super luxurious, even down to the art on the walls, yet very comfy. There is so much space. The baths and showers all had great pressure and hot water. The host had left lots of useful things for us (some fresh bread and fruit and coffee, plenty of loo rolls etc). It is very conveniently located with lots of little bars and a nice Grocery Store all within a few steps of the front door. And there are some amazing restaurants near by (Otto was a trip highlight). Beautiful loft equipped with everything your heart desires. The espresso from the great machine tasted even better when looking into the garden and the blue sky through the skylights. Good starting point for bike rides and a trip to the climbing park in Potsdam. Julia was always available for us and was able to answer all questions. A very nice contact! 🤗

Friendly host, large and bright home, true to photos. The tram to the city center is a 15-minute walk away.

Everything was as described. We had a view of the lake and were able to enjoy the balcony. We knew the shore is not directly accessible. Good starting point for bike ride and hike.

The stay at Julieta's extremely stylishly furnished designer apartment in Neukölln was a wonderful experience from the first minute! The large light-flooded living area with kitchen and the small cute balcony give space for life and enjoyment. Julieta is very accommodating and always friendly and helpful. Full recommendation!
