Stay in a listed building with storks! You are renting an entire house with approx. 175 m² of living space and a 400 m² garden. The stork village of Rühstädt in the Prignitz invites you to go hiking, cycling, relax and watch animals. The so-called Kossätenhof is the only listed private building in Rühstädt, with a residential house, former stables and a barn. Two pairs of storks with five young storks are currently nesting in the barn (June 2026)! Places with historic town centres, such as Perleberg, are easy to reach.

There are two cozy houses (6 and 4 beds) that can be rented individually or together by families or friends. The property is quietly located on the edge of a small village. It is surrounded by dense forests and at least 7 lakes nearby. There are chickens, fresh eggs, tranquility, a wooden sauna with a bucket and stunning views over the alder forest.

There is an optional courtyard sauna for you to have all to yourself. Children want to develop freely. We cannot ensure this and have decided to welcome young people from the age of 16.

The apartment is located in an old manor house, which is used as a multi-generational home. Like all other apartments, it has a separate entrance. The apartment can be heated via wall radiators, underfloor heating, or a fireplace. The floors are made of tiles or pine planks.
