Pure relaxation in the heart of Berlin. For many years, we have been enjoying life on the water and it has always been our wish to bring others closer to this lifestyle. This thought gave rise to the idea of realizing this boat project. Our lovingly modernized ferry, built in 1925, is located close to the city right in front of Rummelsburg Bay. Here you can get to know a special combination of nature and urbanity from the water all year round and treat yourself to a break from everyday life.

Oasis of the metropolis - loft in Lanke Castle

We love contrasts - In Schloss Lanke, we rent a spacious 100 sqm loft in the attic. A castle loft. French Neo-Renaissance on the outside, subtle minimalism on the inside. Urban living comfort meets the lush nature of the Barnim Nature Park. Both together create the perfect setting for rest, relaxation and deceleration. In addition to vacation rentals, Schloss Lanke also houses the owners' apartments as well as office space on the first floor. We respect our privacy.

Experience and enjoy "Landlust" at Lake Dransen

In Schweinrich on the motorboat-free Dranser See lies the romantic holiday home "Landlust" with an idyllic large garden, only 100 meters from the bathing area. There is a boat house with its own jetty. Canoe, kayaks and sailing dinghies (sailing skills required) can be rented. Small and colorful

The four-sided farm from 1890 still serves as a farm. Only the street-side house is used for living. Our guest apartments on the upper floor are now intended to create the balancing act between old and new. So we still live downstairs with the same furniture as my great-grandparents.

Berlin Wannsee Summer House

It isn't big, but has all the comforts to be without fancy. The cottage is charming and old, not a designer tiny house. The center of Berlin and Potsdam are quickly reached. Private access, balcony with water view, terrace and garden around. Living room with kitchen, bathtub, bedroom and extra sleeping space on the sofa bed for an extra charge. We live next door, so never an access or key problem. We are at the Wall Trail. Pets are also welcome.

The apartment with private entrance has been equipped to a high standard. Underfloor heating with oak floorboards, fireplace, high-quality bathroom amenities (tub + shower). The built-in kitchen with dishwasher is very well equipped and also has a Nespresso capsule machine. Just outside Berlin is this idyllic, completely renovated cottage, which offers you a refuge while at the same time being located in the middle of a region that offers many leisure, sport and cultural activities. The nearby lake invites you to relax. There is a spa resource 100 meters away. If you travel by car, there are many beautiful excursion destinations in the surrounding area that will surprise you and invite you to relax.

Vacation home "Fährblick"

We (Linda, Flori, child, child and dog) live in the beautiful small town of Pritzerbe. Pritzerbe is located about 75 km from Berlin and is easily reachable by train. In 2013 we had the opportunity to purchase a property right on the water. Next to our now completely renovated detached house, the cottage located directly on the water is also located on the property, which has now also been partially renovated.
