Holiday rentals in Haverford

Our stay was fantastic! The home is beautifully put together and the kids toys were a bonus since we were traveling with a 1 and 4 year old. The location was great for everything there is to do in Philadelphia. When we come back to Philly in the future I hope this home is available for us.

Jesse's place was exactly as advertised. It was perfect for a short stay and to sleep on a comfortable bed. The bathroom was extremely clean and there was enough toiletries available.

Such a peaceful retreat! Wake up in a quiet neighborhood, shower under a beautiful rainfall cathedral, put your makeup on with plenty of natural lighting, and then make a cup of coffee and watch some of your show. With walkable breakfast every morning you don’t have to cook, but the full kitchen certainly gives you the option! Sit in the living room and watch your current binge or get in bed and turn on the tv. The bar in the kitchen is perfect for doing a little work with plenty of outlets so you can plug in. Crystal is a wonderful host and very responsive. We didn’t get a chance to check out the game room, but it looked awesome! All in all a 10/10 experience and if we’re ever back in there area, we’d absolutely stay here again!

The house is located just across the bridge from downtown Phoenixville which allowed us to walk to town and enjoy the restaurants. The house itself was very comfortable, clean and homey. We sat outback and enjoyed coffee in the morning while listening to the birds. We love Phoenixville and will rent this house again.

The house was just as described and had all amenities. Loved that soap and shampoo were provided. Plenty of space for all of us to spread out. Loved the deck space and a garage, which we may use next time we come. The only thing is if you have a mobility problem the third floor stairs may be a little hard to navigate. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Everything you need is within walking distance and public transit is very close and easy to use. Anne had great instructions and recommendations. When I had a question, she was quick to respond. Will stay again!

If you’re staying on the Main Line, this is the perfect getaway spot! I walked in, it was spotless and immediately felt like I was home.

I recently just spent one month at Edward’s place and loved every minute of it. As other reviewers have noted, the layout is a little nontraditional, as you enter through a small sunroom and then go directly into the bedroom, then the living room/kitchen with the bathroom at the back. The kitchen was stocked with basic pots/pans, glassware, and dishes. The real gem of this listing is it’s location- it was next to a large park with many adorable dogs, the main strip of Chestnut Hill 2 min walk, a market, a playground, and easy parking around the vicinity. It offered a great home base to explore Philadelphia with good access to bus lines and the train if you did not have a car. Additionally, since I was at this spot for an entire month I needed additional supplies (ie mop) which Edward promptly ordered to the house. I look forward to returning to this spot next time work brings me to Philly!

A cozy spot in the perfect location. Walkable, area, lots to do, and very safe. I would highly recommend Elaine's apartment!

Ann was a great host. She answered questions fast and was very friendly. The place was just as described and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The running water from the stream could be heard from inside and it was very peaceful. There is only 1 parking spot fyi so be sure to take just one car. The only thing I would change is to have another small lamp in the downstairs (I hate overhead lights). Overall, I would definitely stay here again!
