Monthly Rentals in Hawksbill Bay

We (a couple) stayed at the Hummingbird Villa April 2025 and had a great stay. The villa was very accurately described by the photos and was modern and clean. The two decks had a beautiful view of the sunset - watching the sunset each night was our favorite part of the trip! Debbie was very communicative. We had a super minor maintenance issue, which Debbie resolved quickly and easily. The condo is about 10-15mins outside of St. Johns, which makes for a peaceful surrounding, but you will definitely need to rent a car to stay here. Our favorite beach was Deep Bay beach, which was a 5 minute drive further down the road on which the condo complex is located. Definitely worth checking out and make sure you get a fresh grilled lobster from Just Grillin'!

What an experience! Sonja made me feel so very welcome from the start and the entire time during the trip. It was a garden oasis, and immediately felt like a place I could stay at forever. I rarely find a place where I feel a strong desire to return to stay, but Sonja’s cottages captured my heart. Thank you so much Sonja, for your hospitality. I am returning to the US inspired and rejuvenated.

This space is amazing and very short walk to Dickenson Bay Beach. Colin was a lovely host who is responsive and extremely knowledgeable of Antigua. He set us up with multiple recommendations and was very accommodating. Would definitely stay here again!

Guirong is a kind and responsive host to any questions we had. What an amazing view of the beach from the condo! We loved listening to the sound of the waves right from our place! The condo was clean and functional with a comfortable bed. Be aware of some mosquitos in the evening. Fortunately the windows are all screened! It is advised to get some groceries prior to your arrival as the location is remote. Also, a rental vehicle with good tires and a high clearance is a must for getting around the island.
