We had a lovely stay. The house is beautiful and well presented. Location is great enough out of the way to relax but close enough to lots of different things to do to keep the kids busy. Well equipped with everything you could need to make the stay easy and comfortable.

Wow…. This place was something else! Absolutely spotlessly clean, there was everything you could need for your stay and Ali has thought of everything for her guests. The area is utterly stunning for views, total peace and quiet and easily accessible to all the places you would want to visit. If I could give this cottage a 6/5 I would. Amazing! Had an absolute amazing stay at The Birches. Ailsa is such a perfect host. Nothing is too much for her. She goes above and beyond to make your stay the best 😊 The cleanliness, freshness and comfort of The Birches had the wow factor. My granddaughter enjoyed the Hot Tub and the beautiful home-made lemon cake Ailsa brought us fresh from the oven, her mum and I enjoyed the bottle of Prosecco. Fresh roses 🌹 dotted around the rooms was a beautiful touch. Well equipped kitchen, spacious rooms, beds so comfortable. I could go on and on, but just check this place out and you will definitely not be disappointed 😊 Thank you Ailsa for everything We will be back. 🥰

Fab home from home. Clean, inviting and homely with all needs taken care of. Clear instructions for accessing all the essential amenities such as WiFi and heating. Nothing is lacking. Would recommend and / or use again. Thank you!
