lime tree cottage is a band new barn convention with its own private hot tub, this very equipped cottage sleeps 2 and a infant or a camp bed is available on request. This spacious little cottage has a king size bed, bathroom with a shower, sink and w/c. In the lounge we have a 55” smart tv and beautiful views down the valley. The kitchen is well equipped for everything you would need, also has a dishwasher and washing machine. There are some beautiful walks and pubs in walking distance.

Stone Rise Cottage was built in 1874 and has been renovated to its characterful feel today. Entering through the stable-front door, is a traditional kitchen with all the necessities. Beyond this is the lounge with log burner, beams and doors to the stone terrace. There’s also a quaint dining room for evening meals. Upstairs is a modern, renovated bathroom with bath and traditional shower. There are two double bedrooms, both with an elegant feel and a double wardrobe in the second.

Beautiful outbuilding situated in the heart of Derbyshire. Outbuilding separated from main house. Shared garden with stunning views of the countryside. This property has its own private entrance and includes off road parking. We live within a quiet small estate that is situated in the heart of Derbyshire. lots of little towns ,Belper is a lovely town with river gardens and lovely boutiques for shopping. Fancy walking or bike riding why not visit matlock or the peak district

Relax in this spacious newly refurbished home, set over 3 floors there is plenty of room for families, couples or even work colleagues Nottingham and Derby city are close but if you prefer the countryside and wonderful walks we are close to the peak district, with matlock only 12 miles away and the stunning Chatsworth house only 20 miles away.
