Passionately renovated Bright apartment (80m2) is located in a peaceful residential area, only 5 minutes away from the lake. It is a great place to relax and enjoy the view of the lake and the mountains. In front of the house, there is free parking and an outdoor chill space. Feel free also to use the garden. The city center is 30 min walk away. We provide bicycles which make the transportation enjoyable and fast. For easier further exploration we strongly recommend you rent a car.

Präbichl is in Semriach b.Graz (not iron ore). The house is very quiet with no artificial light nearby. Outdoor lighting available. Parking spot outside the house. No other guests Linen, towels, hair dryer are provided. In the kitchen are cookware and cutlery, dishwasher, stove, fridge, microwave, kettle, Nespresso machine, filter coffee pot, teapot, spices, oil, vinegar, Bookcase with lots of games, even for children. It is only 5 km from the A2 in Modriach, in the beautiful West Styria. Absolutely no noise from cars or anything else. Currently, there are great tobogganing options! There are shopping facilities in the town of Edelschrott, 15 km away, or in the town of Hirschegg.
