Robert & Karla were over the top informative! My husband and I went up for our wedding anniversary and very last minute booked! It turned out to be the perfect weekend in the perfect cabin! We will absolutely be back. Everything you need in a cabin & in pristine condition!

Our host was extremely helpful this weekend. Quick response time clear, easy instructions and we had some family members who got stuck in the beautiful snow this weekend who were allowed to come over and get warmed up and cleaned up without any issues. For the price it was a steal on our end. Everything was clean and looked like what seen in the pictures. We will definitely stay again.

Our stay at the Cozy Bear Home in Bison Ranch was nothing short of amazing! From the warm welcome to the perfect location, everything about this getaway was ideal. The home had great amenities, including a relaxing hot tub and a fenced yard, which was perfect for our pet. Being surrounded by wildlife and near a beautiful lake added to the charm—we loved the serenity and peacefulness of the area. This spot truly offered the perfect escape, and we can’t wait to return!

We felt right at home at the cabin! Everything was wonderful and Jake was super responsive with all of our questions. We plan to stay again!

Amazing stay! 20 minutes from a beautiful lake and right across the street from an amazing taproom and restaurant. The hot tub was such a luxury and our house was so cozy and warm. We definitely would stay here again!!!

This place was great! Perfect for 2 but definitely could accommodate a small family. We loved all the activities including games inside and out. The hot tub worked well and having the towels ready for guests out there was perfect! We stargazed in one of the many seating areas. The kitchen had everything you needed and home a homestead feeling with all the mason jars and wood. The openness of the kitchen was perfect and the couch was so comfy for relaxing. There was plenty of bedding, towels, and extra toiletries. Having Q-tips was a nice added bonus. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. We are considering a return trip with our kids and fur babies. The only consideration I'd recommend is if you have infant or young toddlers there are a few steps, and there is a lot that is accessible within 2 feet of the ground. Lastly, read the book! Great recommendations which I really appreciate.

Beautiful, peaceful, roomy stay surrounded by expansive forest views. Home is minutes away from Heber restaurants, trails, and activities.

Place was great, super clean! David’s response time was amazing and made sure we were taken care of!
