The Cottrell Cottage was amazing. Set in a small town it was exactly as described. Perfectly set out and extremely clean. A peaceful historic house, only wished we could have stayed longer.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit, especially since we were able to bring our fur baby with us! The home was spacious and comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. The weather was perfect to sit outside and enjoy the deck in the evening. We look forward to coming back with our kids and grandkids soon. Since they have so many things for little ones available it will be super convenient as well!

Chris was a wonderful host. He is very friendly, accommodating,and responsive. The house was great! It was just perfect for us and our daughter. It gave us a cozy place to wind down after a busy day. We all immensely enjoyed our stay and will be booking again the next time we are in Higden!

Angela’s place was so cute and was much bigger than it looked in pics. Has lots of beds and can sleep a lot of people. Older home but very solid and nice remodel. On a busy 2 lane highway but we got used to that quickly and didn’t even think about it after the first day. As a matter of fact I enjoyed sitting in the living room with the huge picture window and watch the cars go by. It was quite peaceful. Felt roomy and kitchen was well equipped. About 20 mins to Fairfield Bay and Greer’s Ferry Lake west side. Would definitely stay there again.

Great location! Three bedrooms and two bath. Very spacious. Super cute patio and backyard! I would definitely recommend this place and I would love to stay here again!

Michaels place was great ! It was the perfect house for my family of 5. The location was close to everything. Mike made sure we had everything we needed and checked on us daily. I highly recommend ! Thanks for a great stay Mike !

Wonderful stay and wonderful host! I had a fantastic time, and really enjoyed the condo. Everything was just as described and Dee is thorough and accurate with the instructions. She also provided great recommendations for activities and food in the area. I would definitely stay here again!

Rhonda went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home! She knew we were bringing our pups and had a had a dog bed, bowls, and toys ready for them. The condo was super clean and had everything we needed and then some! Communication was super smooth and Rhonda was so accommodating! We will definitely be checking to see if her place is available the next time we’re in the area!

This place stands out as the absolute best Air B&B we've ever stayed at. We were hesitant at first being that dogs are allowed... (we wondered if it would smell like "dog", or have dog hair on the furniture) but no bad smells, and no dog hair. We were very happy about that! The bed's were very comfy! We had a good bit of rain the week we were there, so the quilts all around the house were great, and used by each of us. As a family with 5 kiddos ranging from 13, all the way down 7 months, we were happy to have plenty of room for everyone. We love playing games, so having all the board games available was a big bonus. My guys really enjoyed using the dartboard outside under the covered front porch! They had several tournaments in the week we were there. Lol Suzy was the perfect hostess, and was so sweet to suggest a few family friendly activities within the Fairfield Bay area. There are quite a few things we didn't get to do in our week stay, but are looking forward to next time!!

This place was perfect for a busy family. We were visiting our local grandparents and it was such a relief to have a family friendly home where our kids could unwind and we weren’t afraid of them spilling on the floor or breaking anything. The decor was simple, bright, and clean. The house was perfectly cool when it was incredibly hot and humid out. We loved watching the lighting bugs flicker outside at dusk. She even helped us extend our stay by another night at the very last minute. Thank you Lauren! We hope to return!

This was our 2nd stay here. The accommodations are just what we need to enjoy a weekend away and being able to bring our fur babies is an added, bonus. Close to the ATV trails, & a very friendly neighborhood, we will definitely be back.

We had a great stay at Melissa's lakeside retreat. Our group had plenty of room and enjoyed playing games around the large table. Everything was super clean and comfortable and we loved waking up to the beautiful view of the lake. I highly recommend staying at Melissa's place if you travel to the Fairfield Bay area. She was a fabulous host and made us feel right at home.

the wife and I and our two golden retrievers really enjoyed our stay at the little cabin. comfortable seating and a comfortable bed, nice smart TVs and a large yard. the Kevin was very well stocked with cookware and the stuff you use everyday like paper towels and tp. Marla was very responsive to any questions we had and even brought by some extra fresh eggs from her chickens

This was the peaceful getaway we needed! Beautiful home and surrounding land. In the morning you would hear the birds chirp and the evening, the humm of the bugs. Haven't seen a better lightning bug show in my life. We also seen a couple deer. The drive uphill to the house was steep. Very glad we had driven our 4x4 truck. We didn't have any issues while staying. Though, Bobby was just a phone call away and would answer promptly. Many lakes around to enjoy, along with hiking. Our favorite spot with our fur baby was at Cow Shoals along the Little Red River. A little colder water, but refreshing on a hot summer day! If you are looking for a getaway from the city, this would be perfect!

we had a great stay here!! the rental was extremely clean for being pet friendly and had adorable Christmas decor. the hosts were super responsive and helpful and even dropped by to resolve a wifi issue! we were super grateful as we had to WFH during our stay. the location was perfect for us and I can only imagine it's even more serene in warmer months

Absolutely loved our trip. The Air B&B was a beautiful place host was wonderful kept in contact with us through our 4 hour trip we made it an hour early before check in and he let us go on in! and even after we got there we had a bad storm come through and he emailed us to make sure we were all good!

We love staying at the Hideaway Cabin. This was our third stay and we will definitely return. The cabin is very spacious and great for any type of celebration. The deck has an amazing view of the lake. It is very peaceful, very wooded and safe. The fire pit is wonderful and there is a walking trail that leads from the cabin to the lake where there is a great place to fish and just hang out for the day. One of our very favorite places to stay. All of our guests love it as well. 🥂’s to the Hideaway Cabin.

My victims really liked and appreciated how convenient it was. They could just walk most places but definitely where we needed them to be. Joey was very good at responding to any questions and easy to work with. Will Keep him in mind from now on.

My husband and I had a great experience staying at Tim’s studio apt located in a nice quiet neighborhood .It was easy to find with a nice view of the mountains. The apt was very nicely updated and clean with beautiful furniture and great extra thick towels and linens. Tim and LeAnn were very accommodating and quick to answer any questions we might have. I would recommend staying anytime you’re in Heber Springs!!
