You'll love this romantic escape.Nestled at the end if our garden this beautiful host built cob cottage is cosy and different .The cottage has its own whimsical garden and a wrap around deck where you can relax in the hottub (Feb-nov) overlooking the countryside or cook up a storm on the patio kitchen . The openplan living space inside the cottage is enchanting with the round windows , glass bottle wall ,cob sofas and bespoke oak kitchen and a comfortable double bed .Central heating .

Clifden, The Barn on the Wild Atlantic Way.
The Barn is a unique old stone barn but modern, with an open plan sitting/kitchen/ eating area with cathedral ceiling and a long narrow window overlooking the Salt Lake to one side, a small window looking down to the sea on the other. There are two bedrooms and a wet room style bathroom (no bathtub) but plenty of hot water and underfloor heating. It is wonderfully quiet, a real retreat for those who just want to escape. It is a totally private annex next to our main farmhouse in the picturesque village of Bampton Grange in the Lake District. The accommodation is all open plan with TV(freeview), woodburner & comfy sofas opening up to a breakfast bar, newly appointed kitchen & shower room. On request we can offer an evening meal / breakfast basket filled with homemade and locally sourced goodies!

There are two handcrafted King size beds (which can also sleep as four singles) for a friends getaway. It also sleeps two singles, so is perfect for large families. A travel cot can also be provided on request. Private dry composting toilet and hot outdoor shower for those staying in The Hobbit House.
