Here we go again: it’s hiking season. Just an hour’s drive from Berlin, you will find this stylish holiday apartment with a fireplace, which was only restored in 2024. The house with this apartment is already 150 years old and has retained its historical charm: inside with timber-framed construction, rustic floorboards, clay walls and of course with the original house entrance door. Directly in front of the property is the Oderland hiking trail and in one kilometre you can also reach the 66 lakes hiking trail.

Welcome to this unique carriage house (90sqm). Built in 1922, it has been carefully restored and converted with high-quality materials. This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

This wonderful new 120 m² attic/penthouse flat with a sauna is located in the Viktoriakiez neighbourhood (quiet area) – a 5-minute walk to Nöldnerplatz S-Bahn station and a 10-minute walk to Rummelsburger Bucht on the waterfront. The flat is 1 S-Bahn stop away from the trendy Ostkreuz station and 2 stops away from Warschauer Strasse. PS: I own an original 5-metre Riva boat from Italy. This means that a private boat tour of Berlin can also be booked with me at any time.

We love contrasts - In Schloss Lanke, we rent a spacious 100 sqm loft in the attic. A castle loft. French Neo-Renaissance on the outside, subtle minimalism on the inside. Urban living comfort meets the lush nature of the Barnim Nature Park. Both together create the perfect setting for rest, relaxation and deceleration. In addition to vacation rentals, Schloss Lanke also houses the owners' apartments as well as office space on the first floor. We respect our privacy.

Vacation home in a rural location

The apartment is located in a detached house with separate entrance and is about 65 m² in size. It is about 30 minutes from Berlin. To Bad Freienwalde and Eberswalde about 15 minutes. A car is absolutely necessary here. Brunow is the ideal starting point for hikes on the 66 Lake Hiking Trail and many other beautiful routes. The property is also interesting for hikers, as there is a storage facility. Dogs are welcome on request.

The Birkenhof Uckermark - farmhouse with sauna

“Less is more” – This is one of the golden rules for good design, which guided us in the restoration of our farm in the Uckermark. The Birkenhof includes several acres of land with meadows, fruit and vegetable gardens and our small birch grove, which gave the farm its name. The farmhouse is ideal for families or small groups. The farmhouse can also be rented together with the stable building and laundry.
