Apartment 2 on the Harz in beautiful nature

The apartment is on the upper floor of our vacation home, which was completed in the spring of 2020. The house is located on the outskirts of Bad Harzburg/Westerode district surrounded by fields and meadows overlooking the beautiful Harz Mountains. The transport connection is very good, so you can quickly reach the nearby cities such as Goslar, Wernigerode, Quedlinburg or Braunschweig by car or bus and train from Bad Harzburg. Shopping facilities are also available in the village.

Our apartment has been family-owned for over 100 years and has always been home to people who had a close connection to the Harz Mountains: as farmers of cows in the Upper Harz Mountains, as foresters in the forest and as passionate hikers and nature lovers. Times have changed, but our apartment wants to take up this tradition and pay homage to the Harz Mountains – while at the same time offering a modern style and a high level of comfort. Welcome to our apartment "Sicasa" in Schulenberg in the wonderful Harz Mountains. We renovated the apartment in 2024 after more than a year with a lot of love for detail. On 43 m², a modern and light-flooded accommodation awaits you, which convinces with its stylish furnishings and a fantastic view. The minimalist decor with subtle colors, lots of natural light and warm wood accents creates a quiet atmosphere to unwind.

The 35 sqm one-room apartment "Harzchalet Emma 3" in Sankt Andreasberg was completely renovated with a lot of love for detail in 2024. The property is located in a central but quiet location. The apartment is particularly characterized by modern furnishings in a cozy chalet style as well as the magnificent view of the Matthias Schmidt mountain. The sauna invites you to relax after a busy, sporty day.

This is how to stay on vacation: Three double bedrooms and three shower rooms, a superbly equipped kitchen, fireplace, dining room, small pantry kitchen on the slope, a large furnished terrace area and a fantastic view of the Harz Mountains from everywhere. A double bedroom and a shower room are located on the sloping floor and are accessible via a rustic staircase from the first floor.

The apartment is located on the 1st floor of the house. The renovated apartment has 1 cozy living room, 1 spacious dining room, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a modern kitchen. In about 10 minutes you can reach downtown Wernigerode, the market square with the town hall and the many restaurants and shops. The bathing establishment is opposite, and the swimming pool is about 400 meters away.

Special apartment in a listed mill between fields and orchards. 80 square meters with 2 bedrooms in a renovated, 500-year-old 3-sided half-timbered courtyard in a secluded location by the river. High-quality amenities, modern kitchen and bathroom, attention to detail and biologically renovated in 2016/17.
