Fully equipped kitchen, bathroom - toilet, walk-in shower, washing machine, clothes rack; living/sleeping combination in the open attic, terrace with grill, garden use by arrangement, parking space for one vehicle, parking for bicycles. 2x extra beds possible €15/night/person from 5 years. Tips for excursions can be requested if necessary. An information folder is available - otherwise I proceed freely according to the motto "Everything is possible, nothing is mandatory!"

The cozy apartment can be reached through a spacious staircase. The light-flooded sitting area can be used for relaxation. A small wardrobe is located in front of the apartment door. In the entrance area of the house is a terrace for sitting outdoors. The view is towards pasture and meadow. Barbecuing can be done on solid ground (observe the forest fire warning level) or sports can be played on the adjacent meadow. The quiet atmosphere allows a lot of relaxation.

The property is located on the 4th floor (no elevator) of an apartment complex in a quiet backyard in the middle of Cottbus city center. The skylight can be darkened. Restaurants, bars or supermarkets are within walking distance in a few minutes.
