Great location - a short trip to the center of Lahti and the Travel Centre. Great connections for example Helsinki, Hämeenlinna, Kouvola /highway 12 directions. Bus stop nearby. Salpausselkä ski trails, beach, ice and swimming pool, Sports Centre and Exhibition Centre with events are within walking distance. The park and playground are located next to the house. Great housing company and apartment completely renovated in 2020. Fresh and bright apartment suitable for 1-4 persons. No smoking, no animals.

The villa is located on a beautiful peninsula with a rugged attraction and the serene beauty of the surrounding lake landscape. This place has its own beach. The closest neighbour is 50-60 m far, on one side there are huge natural stones blocking the view for the neighbour, on the other side there's a peninsula belonging to the same owner's property and thus there are no neighbours on that side (only a beach, rocks and forest). Any other buildings are about 200 m far (forest between).

Among others, Takkula Golf is located only three kilometers away. In the summer, there is a beach nearby, the nearby forest has a lot of nature trails, a walking track and a shed. In winter, the walking track turns into a ski track and the distance to the track is about 100 meters.
