Our apartment is stone house on two levels brimming with character and restored with respect for its innate simplicity. All rooms are furnished to excellent standard, in an elegant country style with original beds. House contains 3 bedrooms and each has a bathroom with shower. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. In living room there is a flat screen TV and folding sofa. Outside of the house there is terrace. Every room has air conditioning and access to free WI-FI.

Villa Vrt is a recently constructed vacation residence situated in the center of Istria. Within a 30-minute radius, you can access all attractions in Istria. The closest beach is just a 25-minute drive away, surrounded by numerous restaurants. Fully enclosed within 1200 square meters of private grounds, this pet-friendly villa features swing sets, a playground with a slide, a private pool, a charcoal grill, air conditioning, and complimentary WiFi. Light-flooded apartment (loft) in a villa with a wonderful view of the sea and the mountains beyond. 65 m2 apartment with a roof terrace that offers a 250 degree view. 300 meters as the birds flies and 5 minutes on foot via a staircase to the sea. Very quiet residential area. Free parking space. The forest with paths for walking and hiking are just behind the house. Healthy living because ecological building materials were used. This wonderful place , owned by the same family for more than 200 years, can only be described as majestic , tranquil and breathtakingly beautiful. The enormous windows allow incredible views down the Mirna valley whose steep hills opposite hold the village of Kaldir to the S.W. and perched on its' fairytale location to the South, the small fortified town of Motovun.
