We offer you a unique apartment (50 m2), located on the main pre-war street of Gdynia, in a modernist tenement house. The apartment is on the 4th floor (elevator), with windows on both sides overlooking important points of the city. Spacious living room with equipped kitchen, two small bedrooms, hallway and bathroom. Each room has individually controlled air conditioning. The architect Adam Marquardt, who runs the "Fast House" program on HGTV, is responsible for the concept and interior design of the apartment.

Each apartment has a private entrance, an individual terrace with access to the garden, a balcony or a private terrace on the roof of the building.
