Jest ono dwustronne (wschód-zachód) z balkonem oraz ciekawym widokiem. Niedaleko mamy plażę i zaplecze gastronomiczno-handlowe. Mieszkanie posiada pełne wyposażenie do zamieszkania, długiego lub krótkiego pobytu. Łóżko w mniejszym pokoju to tapczan rozkładany na 120x200 cm. W dużym pokoju są dwa niezależne łóżka.
