Around the house, there is a lovely wooden terrace where you can enjoy the sun all day, as well as an orangery and an outdoor wild swimming pool and fire pit. The summerhouse is located at the end of a main road and is a small oasis of tranquility in the middle of beautiful nature, where you can expect to be visited by fapses, squirrels and deer. Just a stone's throw from the beautiful forest lake St. Øksø. The perfect starting point for hiking and mountain biking in Rold Forest and Rebild Hills or as a quiet shelter in the tranquility of the forest, from which life can be enjoyed, perhaps with the mouse owl hovering over the meadow, the squirrel darting up the tree trunk, a good book in front of the wood stove or coziness in the firelight at night.

Right outside the door there are marked hiking trails, and close to MTB tracks as well as riding trails. Possibility of grass paddocks for horses within 1 km. Ørnhøj Golf Club is only 8 km away and 20 km to Rold Skov Golf Club.

The surroundings contribute to a feeling of being in a small forest, and there are often visits from birds, squirrels, hares and deer right outside the window. In front of the cottage's large terrace there is a lovely lawn, and the place generally invites coziness and relaxation, and is very suitable for the family who wants undisturbed access to nature, where you can enjoy the fireplace, barbecue or maybe play ball.

A nice newer family-friendly year-round cottage in the woods - 109 m2 + 45 m2 annex, outdoor jacuzzi, hot tub and sauna. There are terraces around the house, beach volleyball court and fire pit. There is a short distance to the sea and 10 minutes to delicious beaches in Øster Hurup and 5 minutes to shopping. The house sleeps 8-10 people. The house is equipped with fiber broadband and WiFi that covers the entire 3000 m2 natural plot. In July and August, check-in is on Saturday. There may be some insects at times.

Our home is nestled in the front row by the sea with a breathtaking panoramic view. Built in 2023, with two restrooms, a large open kitchen and living room, and four bedrooms plus an annex with an additional bedroom, there's plenty of space for everyone to relax. Enjoy the outdoor bathtub and sauna (wood) or try out the outdoor Shelter. Our spacious home also includes a huge garden with soccer goals, trampoline, and play area for the kids and outdoor eating areas with BBQ. Perfect year-round!

Beautiful heated treehouse in scenic surroundings. The house floats 3 metres above the ground and is architecturally beautiful, centred around a large beech tree. The house is approx. 10 m2 plus terrace and includes a kitchenette, dining area and double bed as well as the possibility of extra bedding. Underfloor heating ensures comfort all year round. Large outdoor area with fireplace, parking close by and access to primitive toilet and kitchen facilities about 100 meters from the cabin.
