Newly renovated! Our Cottage is located smack in the the middle of North Georgia wine country, about 15 miles from Helen and Dahlonega and within 5 miles of 5 wineries. As you meander down the driveway to the cottage you are met with the sounds of the rapids of town creek that are quite literally your back yard. Sit on a rocking chair overlooking the creek with a glass of wine and let your worries drift away. Property sits on 4 lush acres and features over 300 ft of creek frontage. PARADISE!!!

Beginning with exquisite long-range views of the Cohutta Mountains and the Toccoa River, combined with tasteful modern rustic design, the Toccoa Overlook is a perfect couple's retreat, or a gathering of up to eight guests, when the optional guest house is included. The main house has two bedrooms and two baths.
