A 10-minute drive away is the CITY of Caravaca de la Cruz, which will offer us an interesting religious, cultural, gastronomic and nature visit.

Ideal for spending wonderful days of peace and quiet, walking through the natural landscapes of the area, the birth of the Rio Mundo, Almenara, Pino del Toril, Padroncillo, etc. The Balcony of Riópar Viejo consists of two independent but adjoining houses, so groups of 12 guests could stay.

It is perfectly equipped and decorated. It has 1000 m2 of extension, with a large pool (10x5) and barbecue with its wood prepared. The house is rented for a MINIMUM of 8/10 people, less than that it is NOT rented.
