La casa es ideal para ir a pasar unos días de desconexión, se respira mucha tranquilidad. Está muy limpia por dentro, y bien cuidada. Tiene una zona exterior con Barbacoa grande que te permite disfrutar del aire libre. Tal vez hace falta un poco de menaje - utensilios para la Barbacoa, pero no es algo que te impida realizarla sin problemas. Gareth es un anfitrión muy amable y atento. Lugar recomendado.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. L’annonce correspond exactement à la réalité. Nous avons été accueillis par Yvette, très sympathique et compréhensive suite à notre arrivée tardive. Nous avons mangé à plusieurs reprises au restaurant Che Loco que je recommande, qualité, accueil et très bonne ambiance accessible à 800m. Merci à Kevin et Yvette.

My stay in Quesada, Spain was a truly wonderful experience. The house was extremely clean, comfortable, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. Each room had a modern decor, and the pool was clean and refreshing — a perfect way to cool down on warm days. Quesada is a small but beautiful town. The local restaurants offer delicious Spanish food, and there are great options nearby for visiting the coast. The town is peaceful and safe, making it an ideal place to relax. I wholeheartedly recommend this place — whether you're looking for a quiet vacation or want to explore a bit of local culture, Quesada has something for everyone. And 10 out of 10 for the host.

We hebben een geweldige 10 dagen gehad in de woning. Het huis is schoon en netjes. Het verwarmde zwembad was wel de kers op de taart. Zwembad was zeer schoon.

Amazing stay in the villa! The place is amazing and very well equipped with stunning roof top dinning area! The heated swimming pool is the biggest plus for anyone travelling with children outside of the hot season - we were enjoying daily swims with our little children at the beginning of April!

Raul was lovely, friendly and helpful it seemed like nothing was too much trouble for him. The house is spacious, quiet and comfortable. The neighbourhood felt safe and there was a community children's play area in the square at the front of the house with play equipment. The TV has most of the channels available in the UK which was good for the very rainy days we had during our stay. The broadband is fast. It's possible to walk to the local shops on Ave. Sandoval where there is a small Spar shop amongst others. The promenade and beach are at the end of Sandoval which takes about 20 minutes on foot. There is a LIDL, an Aldi and a Mercadona a short 5 minute drive away. We used La Pizza in Santiago de la Ribera a couple of times and their delivery service is quick, cheap and reliable. The pizzas are excellent and very reasonably priced. I would recommend Raul's place to friends and family.

Samen met 3 vriendinnen verbleef ik in het mooie, sfeervolle huis van Sylvia. We hebben het echt heerlijk gehad! Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien, schoon, netjes en sfeervol. De bedden zijn erg goed. Een groot voordeel vonden wij de ruime, zonnige tuin met ligbedden. Ook is het heel fijn dat je zo het dorp San Miguel inloopt; de supermarkt, bakker en diverse gezellige restaurants zijn op loopafstand. Het strand en het winkelcentrum zijn gemakkelijk aan te rijden. Daarnaast is het appartement goed geïsoleerd, we hadden geen last van geluid van de buren of van buiten. De communicatie met Sylvia is ook heel prettig geweest. Wij raden dit vakantiehuis aan iedereen aan!

Thank you Carmela and Berend for a beautiful place to stay. After a long day sight seeing it was great to come back to a beautiful tranquil house and area to relax. Communication with the hosts was excellent. The house was spotlessly clean from top to bottom. There was even an iron, ironing board, hairdryer and straighteners available. Thanks again. We hope to be back soon.

Due to an issue with a previous accommodation we had to find something else. Christian was very accommodating and helped us out with the transition. The place is stunning and has everything you can wish for. The beach and some restaurants are in walkable distance, but a car is still beneficial to explore the wider area. Altogether we really enjoyed our stay and can certainly recommend it.

Han sido unos días perfectos, la villa es increíble, con una cantidad de LUZ natural inigualable. La piscina es preciosa y aporta una calidad al salón inigualable. Hemos podido aprovechar todas las estancias de la casa, con múltiples zonas para disfrutar en familia!

Parfait ! Très bien situé, facile d’accès, et permet de se garer devant le logement. Le logement est très propre, et très bien équipé. J’y reviendrais avec plaisir et le recommande ! Natalia qui s’est occupée de nous sur place est un amour, gentille et très douce. Merci !

Stayed here for 2 weeks with a group of friends and it was fantastic. Super comfortable beds, spacious rooms and great location. 30 second walk to the markets. The pool was absolutely stunning also. I would absolutely stay here again!

Super bon séjour, hôtes parfaits, communication parfaite. Nous recommandons vivement la maison est très bien équipée. Par contre il faut une voiture.

Prisvärt boende med gångavstånd från Torrevieja, stränder och centrum. Nära till bra löpområdet. Både urbana och i naturen vilket lugnt område men ändå med närhet till allt man behöver. Både vi och tonåringarna trivdes jättebra.

Estuvimos muy a gusto porque la distribución de la casa es perfecta. Una lástima que fuimos en invierno y no pudimos disfrutar de la piscina. Comunicación muy buena con el contacto que teníamos. Muy buena relación calidad precio. 100% recomendable

Hemos pasado un puente en familia maravilloso. La parcela y la casa están muy completas y no te falta de nada para desconectar y disfrutar de la naturaleza, una buena barbacoa y un bañito en la piscina siempre que el tiempo lo permita. El trato con Sergio y sus padres ha sido de 10, muy atentos y amables en todo momento. Recomendable 100% si estás pensando en alojarte por la zona 😊

Desde el primer momento que realizamos la reserva y durante toda la estancia Alicia fue muy amable y simpática, nos ayudó y asesoró con todo. La casa es increíble, fuimos un fin de semana y nos hemos quedado con ganas de repetir, hemos disfrutado mucho, muy buena localización y totalmente recomendable.

Très bon séjour passé chez Carlos. La maison est bien située, proche des centres commerciaux. Belle piscine (eau fraîche en cette période, ce qui est normal). Plage à 5 minutes en voiture et bonne température même en octobre ! très belle plage. Alicante , Elche très proche. Je recommande à 100%. Si je dois reprocher quelque chose, manque de restaurants avec cuisine "local". super !!! ******

We a family of nine had a fantastic time. We have been in this area a few times because I just love it. For me off season is the best time quiet yet loads to do. The villa was amazing and the views were brilliant. But you definitely need to be fit or drive it is super hilly on this side of the golf course 🤣. I'm not really all that fit but we managed the hills 🤣 lots of slaging from the kids encouraged me to concur the hill of death. On this really steep hill at the top on the right hand side give a wave the chap who lives there gets a kick out of watching people climb that hill. The local taxi guy's were fantastic and super friendly. I would highly recommend this property and hope to be back 👍👍👍👍👍
