Only 5 km from Elsinore with, among other things, Kronborg Castle, ferry to Sweden and in the summer half year also to Hven. Train station just 500 m away with trains to Copenhagen every 15 min., takes only 35 min. Nearest mini supermarket 200 m. There are 4 bicycles available.

At the end of a small, closed cul-de-sac, only 1800 meters from the fantastic beach and unique summer environment around Espergærde harbor. The villa was built in 2021 and contains everything for a wonderful holiday in beautiful North Zealand. Enjoy the sunset on the terrace and when the cold comes, just turn on the patio heaters and the fireplace. Via a small path you can walk directly to the beautiful Egebækvang forest and on to the beach or around the harbor and grab an ice cream in the delicious Italian ice cream bar.

The Villa LakeView was build by a Sea Pilot. He needed to have a clear view to the ocean from his office. The garden toward the south is facing the Lake shore. The house is very big and roomy although very charming and cozy. Beeing located facing south on a dead end street only 100 Meter from center of town and only a few hounded meters from the Ocean - The Garage and a small appartment in the west end of the house is not part of the house for rent. But no facilities or garden are shared.
