Public transport 3 mins walk away and walkable to many amazing views by the sea promenade 15 seconds away. I highly recommend exploring this area by foot, boats & local transport.

Munkkiniemi is an affluent neighbourhood that's easily accessible from Helsinki city centre and the airport. There are shops, cafes and restaurants right next to my place. It has peaceful surroundings and good public transport connections. Within walking distance are Alvar Aalto's home and office, Seurasaari and Hotel Kalastajatorppa. You will have the place for yourself for the duration of your stay. My home is not suitable for people with dog allergy. I'll be happy to help with anything!

This 1926 house is easy to get to by public transport, car or bike. Cattle shops and cafes are within walking distance. The potteries of Billnäs and Fiskars are within cycling distance, and you can quickly reach Tammisaari and Hanko by train. You have access to the downstairs apartment with 2 bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, bathroom, sauna and laundry room. The owner lives in the upstairs apartment. Affordable transport to events in Billnäs and Tammisaari by prior arrangement.

Authentic neighborhood near bustling city center

The apartment has been renovated in spring 2019 with a completely new kitchen and 1.5 bathrooms. The kitchen should meet the demands of a good home cook. Basic amenities are always available, we will try to meet extra requests. Netflix is for free. The apartment is best suited for two adults but there is a couch in the living room that is spacious and comfortable enough for sleeping as well. House-trained pets are welcome. There is a balcony where smoking is allowed.

The apartment is located right next to the sea, in a peaceful condominium.   Arabia's riches include nature, comprehensive services, and excellent transportation to the city's core.  A short walk takes you to the Old Town, Lammassaari and Kuusiluoto's hiking trails and seascapes. Nearby sports park with outdoor gym, football, basketball and tennis courts. Play parks for children in every yard. Shopping center and services 250m away.

The house has 4 bedrooms, large lounges, a comfortable sauna space, an outdoor hot tub, and a good yard area for, for example, hillside, grilling, or yard games. The area is called a bird forest and this place is quite a bird house!
