Excellent apartment with great view of Christchurch Harbour from the buildings on Mudeford Quay, across the water to Hengistbury Head and able to see the Purbecks in the distance. Super comfy beds with spotless linen and towels. Living/dining area spacious and made the most of the great view. Easy check-in/check-out using key safe. About a ten-minute walk to Mudeford Quay and Avon Beach.

We had the most relaxing few days at the cottage. Suzannah was extremely responsive and the video instructions were very helpful. The location was perfect and we didn’t need to use the car at all. We loved walking to the beach and the quay. There are plenty of great restaurants in easy reach on foot. The cottage is beautifully decorated and has everything you need. The views across the marsh were absolutely stunning - the sunrises and sunsets breathtaking! We were very lucky with the weather but in any conditions the views would be fabulous. We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful time at Paul’s place. Everything was perfect, and the shops were easy to access since they were all local. Highly recommended.

A great base for exploring Dorset. We stayed the weekend and enjoyed Christchurch. Lots of places to eat and relax. The accommodation was pristine and incredibly well presented. The decor was luxurious. The spa bath relaxing. We felt immediately at home. Access and security made us feel safe. Everything was thought of to make for a great stay. We slept really well in a beautifully comfortable bed and woke to the beautiful river view. We enjoyed the breakfast food left for us and the snacks. We used the coffee machine and there were plenty of coffee pods. Our dog was really well catered for and he loved the bed left for him. Our whole experience was 10 out of 10. We will recommend to friends and would stay again if we come to the area.
