The separate guest house with lake view is ideal for trips to Berlin and exploring the lovely area. The beach is 150 meters away, the S-Bahn 1.5 km. The Berlin-Copenhagen cycle route runs nearby. ATTENTION: The cottage does not have a complete kitchen - it is best to read our advert carefully. :)

You live in a converted stable building with a living area of 115 sqm on our lovingly renovated Dreiseitenhof. Our small village is located in the beautiful Brandenburg Havelland, just outside the gates of Berlin. We are only 30 minutes away by car from the city center of Berlin's Spandau district. Very close to us is the designer outlet center, Karls Elebnisdorf, the Elebnispark Paaren Glien, the golf course Kallin and also the Havellandradweg crosses our village.

The center of Berlin is by train in only 30 minutes at any time. It takes 5 minutes by car to get to the highway and the city limits of Berlin. Künstlerhof Perwenitz

Berlinnah, located at the northern end of the village of Perwenitz, surrounded by fields, stands the residential building of the former mill complex. The two-story mill building was built around 1890 and used until 1994 for producing flour and feed. Today there are artist studios, gallery rooms, and a cafe in this building Our apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the house and is about 92 m² in size.

We offer a small cozy and lovingly furnished bungalow with garden for max. 2 people. The bungalow has a bedroom with a double bed (1.40 m wide) and has a couch in the living room where another person could sleep. The bungalow is located in a quiet rural setting on the outskirts of Berlin. The neighbor runs a farm and has sheep and poultry (which are unfortunately up early).

My place is close to bus, train, A111, Berlin 30 min. by car to Alexanderplatz, art and culture, Bernsteinsee with Wakeboarding facility, Ofenmuseum, restaurants and food, family-friendly activities. My place is great for couples and business travelers. A sleeping option for a third person on a sofa bed is possible. Pets on request.
