We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely cottage. The cottage feels very homely and has all the things you could want from a stay in the Welsh countryside including views across to Conwy. Julie was a lovely host, helpful and had some good recommendations for the local area. We would visit again.

Just had a lovely long weekend at the granary, was lovely and peaceful just what we all needed, stayed with friends, was a great place to sit and chill on an evening with lots to do in the area, all within easy reach. Found some great pubs for meals out. Really enjoyed our stay, had everything that we could need, would definitely stay again. Thank you

Wow! We could have e stayed forever! Mark is an excellent host, we found everything just as described, with helpful suggestions to maximize our time in the area as well as little welcome touches like tea cake and a personalized welcome letter. The bed was comfy, the kitchen had everything we needed and the space just oozed charm. So convenient, and shops just steps away. Great shower, cute and private back patio, quiet neighbours, and parking on site. Mark hit all the boxes on our list. Thank you for helping make our stay in Conwy so memorable!

What a wonderful part of the world! Perfectly located for everything you can wish for - walks (including Snowdon), steam train rides, Portmeirion, etc, etc. Sally was so helpful and couldn’t have done any more to make my stay any better than it was. The little cottage is very comfortable (small but more than adequate). If I was to be extremely picky than an armchair would have been nice but I spent nearly all the daytime out and about! Thank you for a lovely stay - thoroughly recommended
