Lyts Kastieltsje, a quiet cottage in an orchard

Lyts Kastieltsje is one of our 2 properties. The other is the peaceful East Punsmiert chalet. Both are a short walk from the Waddenzee, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, the largest tidal area on Earth. The cottage was once part of the cooling barn for the old fruit farm. It is surrounded by over a hectare of gardens, orchards and meadow which provide a home for our three sheep, bees and many species of birds. The orchards contain plum, quince, medlar and different varieties of apple and pear trees.

A cozy house with a spacious living-dining room, fully equipped kitchen and bedroom with very comfortable kingsize bed on the second floor in a quiet street in Harlingen city. Ideal for a holiday or home office use. Entrance, bathroom and toilet on the ground floor. Close to supermarket, the city centre, Harlingen beach and Vlieland & Terschelling ferry terminal. There is paid parking available in the street or at Spoorstraat parking (150 m). Indoor parking for bicycles available upon request.

Get away from it all? This is possible on our 200-year-old farm close to the Wadden Coast (Unesco World Heritage) and the cities of Leeuwarden, Harlingen and Franeker. The front house of the farm has been converted into a spacious guest house overlooking the garden and meadows. We have an organic dairy farm and work with nature as much as possible. If you come to stay with us, you can discover and experience farm life, the Wadden Coast and Friesland, completely at your own pace. Welcome!

On your way to Vlieland or Terschelling? Then it is wonderful to relax beforehand in the Blauwe Doffer and start your crossing without stress!

Stadslogement Anna in the center of Leeuwarden. This apartment is new, clean and cozy. Fully furnished, full kitchen, etc. The museums, shops, bars, restaurants and the beautiful park (the Prinsentuin) are within 5 minutes' walking distance. If you want to discover Leeuwarden or cities around it, you have come to the right place! The Eewal is a car-free area, but the parking garage "Hoeksterend" is within 400 meters walking distance. Our beautiful comfortable Bakhuske is a small cozy apartment and equipped with every comfort. You have access to a small terrace, and you can also use the garden. Where you can enjoy the sun or, for example, make a fire. You can cycle and walk in the area. There are bicycle routes available.
