Had an awesome time staying with Donato. It was my first time visiting Australia and staying with Donato made me feel like family. He is very patient with my late check in, gave clear instructions and setup expectations very clearly. Room is pristine and you have all amenities for your stay. Cafe and supermarket within 15minutes of walk and bus stop is within 5 mins of walk and 970 takes you to city in 15mins. He even served me coffee and had small chats throughout my stay, recommended places to eat and explore. Most amazing host I have met in Airbnb so far. If you are looking for an affordable and clean place to stay in Perth, this is a great option.

My stay at Nicky’s Airbnb was truly wonderful! Nicky was so kind and always very helpful, so that I immediately felt at home. The room and the house were super clean and extremely well maintained. The surroundings couldn’t be better either - the neighborhood is very quiet, but it’s not far from the supermarket and the beach, where there’s always something going on and plenty to explore. I will always come back to this place whenever I‘m in Perth again! :)
