The main room (wooden floor) is equipped with a small desk, chair, WLAN access, tv, bed (1,40x2,00m) with covers, armchair and a wardrobe . The mini kitchen comes with cooker, fridge, microwave, kettle, small table with chairs, etc. There's a level floor bathroom with shower and washing machine. Free and safe parking next to the house. Due to the historic old stairwell this apartment is not suitable for disabled people.

The kitchen is fully equipped incl. Microwave, coffee machine (Tchibo Cafissimo – e.g. Aldi pads), fridge and much more. Towels, linens, hair dryer are provided. There is also a free shared pool and sauna (€1 per 20 min.).

The large garden invites you to linger. But also in the immediate vicinity you can find great excursion destinations. Due to the good transport connections, this apartment is also particularly suitable for trade fair visitors, business people, fitters or also for motorcyclists on a big tour.

The apartment is located in a small district of Leopoldshöhe. Surrounding larger cities such as Bielefeld, Detmold, Lemgo, Bad Salzuflen, Herford are about 10 km away. The connection to the A2 is 4 km away. We live on the second floor. The apartment is on the first floor. The bed in the bedroom measures 140 × 200. Since many guests do not find this information, I would like to point out again that the maximum length of stay is 14 days.

Mono im Teuto

NEU: Direkt neben „Mono" steht ein weiteres Haus, „Nest im Wald“. Kann man auch besuchen. Oder beide… „Mono“ ist ein vor Jahrzehnten ausgebauter Trailer. Im Zuge einer Komplettsanierung bekam es 2020 rundum ein Timber-Frame-Skelett (neues Dach, neue Dämmung etc.) und damit eine erste Etage. Größe: 3,20 mal 13 Meter. Es heißt "Mono", da sein Außen, so wie auch jeder Raum innen, von hauptsächlich einer Farbe bestimmt wird.

I am furnished so that you can find relaxation and well-being. Through my large window front you can look into the countryside... onto a large meadow, trees and bushes. I've been around for 50 years… even though tiny houses are all the rage right now, I've been around a long time… but I've recently been renovated and look forward to welcoming interesting guests!
